Your personalized online portal is your one-stop-shop for all your sourcing needs. Here you can upload your excess stocks, track shipments, update billing, manage and reorder past shipments of components, as well as touch base with your dedicated sales rep.

How do I know if an electronic component is in stock?

You can view our product page for stock availability of each component accessed. If your desired component is out of stock, you can place a backorder and our team will notify you when it becomes available.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees for your electronic components?

Yes, most of our components come with their manufacturer’s warranty as well as a 10-year warranty from ASC Global. We test every order thoroughly before we deliver it to you and are confident in the quality of our components. We stand behind our “0”-Risk Policy and tagline “Quality is Non-Negotiable”. How do I find the datasheet or technical specifications for a component?

You can locate the datasheet and technical specifications for each component on the product page. This datasheet provides detailed information about its component, including electrical and mechanical specifications, recommended operating conditions, and much more. If the information does not answer your concerns, contact our team for further assistance.

What is your lead time for electronic components?

Our lead time varies depending on the desired component and its manufacturer. Some components may be in stock and available for immediate shipping, while others may have a longer lead time. Confirm with our team regarding information on lead times if it is not shown on the product page.

How can I compare multiple components and their specifications?

Upon searching for products, you can “Select” as many products to compare specs. This will add all items to a comparison table where you see all specs compared in one table. This provides all the necessary details to move forward with your purchase.

Can I view all my past orders?

Yes, you can view all past orders when logging into your account under “Order History”.

What happens when I place a backorder?

Our system will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your ordered components. In addition, your sales representative is continuously sourcing your components and trying to reduce the lead time of your backorder.

Can I cancel or modify an order after it's been placed?

It depends on the status of your order. If your order hasn’t been marked as “shipped” yet, you may be able to cancel or modify it. If your order has already been marked as “shipped,” we won’t be able to cancel or modify it. Please confirm with your sales representative or customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation or modification.

What is your return policy for electronic components?

All orders placed with us are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless the goods sold are either damaged or defective. The Buyer may return to Seller any goods that are damaged or defective by obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Seller within 14 days of the invoice date. Buyer must return to Seller the damaged or defective goods within a period set forth in the RMA. The RMA number must be listed on all packaging containing goods returned to Sender. If Buyer does not request from  Seller an RMA within 14 days of the invoice date, or requests an RMA for goods that are not damaged or defective, Seller may, at its sole discretion, refuse to issue an RMA for return of the goods, or may require that the Buyer pay to Seller a reasonable restocking fee as a condition of issuing to Buyer the RMA.
